You will receive a science-based transformation program. It is a 12-week program, which consists of 3 progressive phases, and is designed to provide you with all the necessary tools to improve the way you move, your health and your body composition.

Not sure how to execute a movement? No problem! You will have full access to detailed video instructions of each exercise in your training program. You will be confident stepping into the gym on your own, knowing exactly how to perform your workout in a proper and safe way.

Customized nutrition plan

You will receive a structured meal plan that is customized to meet your nutritional requirements and help you achieve your fitness goals faster. Your meal plan will be changed every 2 weeks in order to smoothly progress your transformation, and to ensure a variety of foods in your diet.​
